Abstract

The Exponentiated Alpha Power Inverted Exponential (E-APIE) distribution
is studied. Breast cancer data and glass fiber data were used to examine the
model competence. The failure rate, cumulative, survival, order statistics, odd
functions, reversed hazard were investigated. Maximum likelihood procedure
was employed to acquire the estimated parameters. A simulation was conducted
to examine the estimator’s performance and relevance. The outcomes of the
simulation and real-life analysis indicated that the E-APIE distribution produced
a better result.
